Top-up your STA Travel eccount
- By bank transfer

By Bank Transfer
You can Top-up by bank transfer (FREE) by logging in to your own on line bank account and instigating a bank transfer from there. Enter the bank account number and sort code details that we provide you in the user guide and where you are asked for a reference, please ensure you enter your 9 digit eccount number, found on the bottom left of your card. Your bank will then transfer the funds to us to place on your card. If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Please email customer care at cashcard@stacashcard.com for this and we will email or post you the details.
Online by Credit/Debit Card (3%)
Log in to your STA eccount and click on the tab labeled ‘Top-up’. Once you have registered you card with us you can then use this tab to top-up your account from this card you have registered.
Top-up Alerts
You can register for alerts by email (FREE) or Text (8p) whenever cleared money is loaded into your eccount.
